A: No. All applicants must submit a TOEFL score results as part of the application. Exceptionally promising candidates with lower scores will still be considered for the Fellowship with a required English language training component.

A: The U.S. Embassy Kabul provides the complete application details including eligibility requirements for participants from Afghanistan. All eligibility and application requirements that apply to Afghan citizens are found on the U.S. Embassy Kabul website.

A: No. All applicants must submit a TOEFL score results as part of the application.

A: No. Applicants must have a three-year degree with at least a one-year master’s degree. Certificates/diplomas in courses are not accepted.

A: There is no minimum TOEFL score at the time of application. Exceptionally promising candidates with lower scores will still be considered for the Fellowship with a required English language training component.

A: Yes, but the expiry date must not be older than July 31, 2020.
